I used to be the president of our local school’s Parent Teacher Association and we would have meetings every month with nearly 100 people in attendance. Sometimes it was a little crazy because you felt like you were planning for a major event every time there was a meeting. However, after a few trial and errors in terms of planning, we were able to come up with a great checklist and a go-to bbq restaurant for our local catering for the event. They were able to adjust their menu for every meeting depending on the number of RSVPs we had for the event and it was always great. People loved coming to the meetings because the food was always delicious and even gluten free for those people who needed it. Their drop off service was always impeccable and timely, so we never had to worry about where the food was! The menu of Bennett’s Bar b que is delicious with items ranging from hickory smoked pork to ribs and chicken, a little something for everyone! I love when the meeting goes so well and people leave asking where we got the food because they want to use them for their next event like soccer team dinner or even weddings. They are so flexible and always do such a good job that it’s not hard to keep going back. Our PTA meetings are the most popular thing happening on a Tuesday night! I hope we don’t ever have to turn anyone away at the door due to a fire code!
